The islands of the Saronic Gulf are very close to Athens and that is why they are offered for easy and short getaways from the densely populated Athens. It is no coincidence that the region of the Saronic Gulf gathers most boats and sailboats in Greece during the summer months.
The Saronic Gulf includes islands such as Aegina , Salamis , Spetses , Hydra , Poros , Agistri , Doko, Agistri and many other smaller islands and islets. In them you will find popular and secluded ports, beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters and natural greenery.
The main bays of the Saronic Gulf are Anavyssos, Vari, Vouliagmeni and Faliro, followed by the bay of Elefsina and the bay of Salamis. West of the Isthmus of Corinth are the bays of Kalamaki, Kechria, Almyri and Frangolimano. Finally, to the south are the bay of Sofiko and the bay of Epidaurus.
